Jabooda Cares qualifies for CRA consideration under the Community Development Investment category. We are a CHDO-designated 501(c)(3) developing affordable housing in LMI census tracts within King County, Washington. Grants, equity investments, and construction financing through Jabooda Cares generate CRA credit for regulated financial institutions under 12 CFR 25.23(a). Our affiliated general contractor, Jabooda Construction, holds OMWBE state WMBE certification, enabling the Jabooda team to deliver on both the community mission and the construction capacity needed to reach lower AMI levels.
